Job Description

· Lead the development and execution of comprehensive hardware quality assurance plans.

· Design, implement, and oversee testing protocols for hardware components and systems.

· Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to address quality issues.

· Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

· Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, test reports, and inspection

Additional Skills & Qualifications

· Electromechanical experience is highly preferred

· Experience working with Robotic Products/Systems is required**

· Working at automation provider or OEM of large similar equipment

· Experience with reliability plans and testing preferred.

· Experienced in problem-solving tools/methods such as DOE, Fault trees, Fishbone, 5 whys, etc. and creating ECO's (Engineering Change Orders)

· Experienced in risk management tools such as DFMEA/PFMEA.

· Experienced using a PLM tool such as Omnify is highly preferred

· Good knowledge and experience with verification and validation testing and production test equipment qualification.

· Being able to work in a Quality/Manufacturing Environment

· Strong knowledge of product development tollgate processes
