Outreach Coordinator
$50K annually
What You Will Do:
The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing, directing, and providing work-related services to persons with mental illnesses, utilizing an assertive outreach model as a member of a self-contained interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing strengths and needs, and planning and implementing an on-going employment strategy to enable each person served to obtain and retain a job.
Who You Are:
BA/BS and at least one year of experience in the field required, two years in the field preferred. Experience with state and federal benefits required. Experience working with budgeting and financing preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word.

At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
