A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant in Bedford, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a growing technology company. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and for public company exposure. They offer a competitive benefits package that includes generous PTO, ESPP, etc. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the financial reporting process

• Prepare 10-Q and 10-K forms

• Senior Accountant will prepare SEC supporting schedules and memos

• Prepare financial statements

• Review and prepare variance analyses

• Perform accounting close duties

• Senior Accountant will prepare accounting memos

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• CPA is a plus

• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or private industry

• Experience working for a large global/publicly traded company

• SEC financial reporting experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with Oracle and Workiva is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
