LogixHealth Senior Manager - Software Applications, Provider Enrollment in Bedford, Massachusetts

Location:  Bedford, MA; Remote in AL, FL, GA, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, OK, TN, TX, WI, AND WV

Purpose

The Senior Manager - Software Applications is responsible for overseeing the operation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the provider enrollment software, ensuring that it meets both industry and organizational needs. The Senior Manager - Software Applications will optimize workflow, maintain regulatory compliance, drive innovation, serve as a strategic decision maker, individual contributor and collaborative team member.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Lead and oversee PE software operations including managing the end-to-end operations of the provider enrollment software, ensuring implementation of new workflows, integration of software tools and maintenance

  • Stakeholder Collaboration including collaborating with cross functional teams including IT, vendors, compliance, and operations to align the provider enrollment system with business needs

  • Process Improvement & Innovation including identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve user experience, coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to utilize bots and API technologies to automate tasks and integrate systems, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability

  • System Administration including serving as administrator for system pick lists, user defined fields, and other configurable elements within the provider enrollment software; ensuring accurate set-up, maintenance and updates to meet the evolving needs of the organization

  • Document Standard Workflows including creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and workflows related to provider enrollment processes ensuring consistency across the team

  • Independent Contributor including acting as a key independent contributor, driving initiatives and completing tasks autonomously while managing complex projects

  • Technical Updates and Impact Communication including sharing information on technical updates with relevant stakeholders and ensuring clear communication of changes and support teams through the transition process

  • Participate in Training including facilitating or contributing to training sessions for team members and other stakeholders, engaging in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry and business needs

  • Project Management including the ability to summarize project updates, identify obstacles, track key milestones, and communicate these effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals

  • Risk Management including Identifying potential risks in the enrollment process and developing mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions

  • Uphold company mission, vision and values

  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent local, state, and federal laws and regulations relating to operations and employment

  • Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position

    Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)

  • BS in related field preferred

  • Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC) preferred

    Computer Skills

  • Expert level user of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lists, and Visio

  • Previous experience with Symplr or other provider enrollment software system(s) required

    Experience

  • Minimum of five years in provider enrollment management with at least two years in a leadership role managing software application development

  • Proven experience in leading cross functional teams and driving successful project outcomes

    Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Strong understanding of provider enrollment software systems and workflows

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient at documenting SOP’s and workflows

  • Ability to work independently, manage complex projects and contribute to team goals with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and facilitate collaboration across departments and with vendors

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to effectively handle conflict

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms
