Job Title: Test Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Test Engineer to support new design validation and work hands-on with products integrated in unique ways. You will be responsible for understanding and testing these complex systems, debugging new designs, and supporting deployed systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing protocols, documenting test results, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. You will determine critical testing areas and identify low-risk areas that do not require testing.
Responsibilities
Support new design validation.
Debug new designs and processes to ensure optimal functionality.
Support deployed systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing protocols.
Create and execute test protocols as needed.
Document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Determine critical testing areas and identify low-risk areas that do not require testing.
Essential Skills
Test engineering and systems testing experience.
Electrical and mechanical design verification.
Hands-on experience with creating test protocols and system integration.
Risk management expertise.
Experience with test planning, new product development, and validation verification.
Proficiency with test equipment, robotics, and automated or capital equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on testing experience at the subsystem or system level with large, complex systems.
Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (e.g., Robotics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering).
Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and prototyping.
Experience with robotics, automation, or industrial equipment.
Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
Experience updating ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) and quality documentation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00/hr.
