BELCHERTOWN - Parts/Service Advisor Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Parts/Service Writer to join our team. This position will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their Equipment - Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, offering advice, and resolving any issues as promptly as possible. - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate. - Utilize computer systems to locate and track inventory. -Deal with over 10 different manufacturers for different parts/service help Daily. Skills: - Basic knowledge of equipment, including but not limited to: 4x4 Tractors, Diesel Engines, Equipment Hydraulics, Trailers to haul equipment, etc; (Not REQUIRED, BUT GOOD TO HAVE) - Willingness to Familiarize themselves with standard Equipment Services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders. - Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management. -Computer Skills ( ordering parts, emails, etc;) -Impeccable organization skills -Reliable Attendance Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, growth opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
