MACHINE OPERATOR (TIP ASSEMBLY) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The incumbent may be required to perform all, or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity. 1. Set up and operate automation tip assembly machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. 2. Adjust machine settings and/or clear jams to complete tasks according to specification and work instructions, accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Perform 1st piece and in-process inspection steps recording data in control charts. 4. Utilize ERP system to generate and reconcile work orders. 5. Understand and utilize Kanban system. 6. Properly fill out documentation records and accurately record information including quality statistics. 7. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). 8. Ability to train operators to current work instructions and operations of automation tip assembly machine. 9. Able to support production operations during lead person absence. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: In addition to the essential functions listed above, the incumbent may be required to perform other non-essential functions. Employees are required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.
