Massachusetts Employer Marketing Manager in Beverly, Massachusetts

Job Title: Marketing Manager Classification: Exempt Reports to: President and Chief Executive Officer Summary/Objective The Marketing Manager develops and implements the strategic and tactical marketing plan for Harmonic Drive LLC, and is responsible for maintaining and representing the HD brand. Using the latest marketing tools and practices, the marketing manager provides analysis and insight into current markets while developing and implementing the annual marketing plan based on company goals and objectives. The Marketing Manager effectively directs the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. Essential Functions * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities * Perform analysis of- and stay up-to-date with customer research, current market conditions and competitor information * Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products * Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects * Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, catalogs, tradeshows, marketing materials and events * Manage the company website(s) with up-to-date content. * Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results * Deliver leads to sales * Support sales team with marketing and training materials for customer visits * Determine and manage the marketing budget * Develop and maintain relationships with key industry, media, tradeshow and advertising personnel * Research, support, and join relevant professional groups and memberships * Digital and social media marketing activities * Oversee creation and development of blogs, whitepapers and other technical documents and videos * Manage Google Ad and Google Analytics * Assist with employee events and communication * Interact with global group companies * Other marketing duties as required Required Competencies * Good organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Organization and planning skills * Problem analysis and problem-solving * Formal presentation skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. * Must be a team player (leader) and foster a team environment * Decision making * B2B marketing experience Supervisory Responsibility This position supervises the Marketing Department personnel. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment and is located in the corporate manufacturing headquarters. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time salaried position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00am. to 5pm. Networking events and tradeshows may occur after office hours and on weekends. Travel 10 to 15% travel in US and occasional international. Required Education and Experience Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification Five years minimum experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies Relevant product and industry knowledge (techn
