Job Description
A Global supplier for precision metal and machine fabricated components and assemblies seeking Process Engineer for a full-time permanent position in Beverly, MA
Responsibilities of Process Engineer:
-Review engineering drawings to ensure conformance to customer requirements
-Initiate FAI and SPS requirements on all new jobs
-Oversee the calibration and internal audit programs
-Assist the Quality Manager with all 3rd party, special process and customer quality system audits
-Provide back-up for the Quality Manager and lead Inspector
-Create and organize inspection reports and bubble drawings
-Program and Operated Romer Arm CCM
-Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements of Process Engineer:
-Minimum of 1-year metal manufacturing quality engineer experience
-Ability to use standard quality control measuring devices
-Understanding of manufacturing specifications
-Good time management skills
-Prior knowledge of standard quality measuring took
-Strong computer skills including Access and Excel
-Ability to us CMM is a plus
-Understanding of the NDT process with regard to FPI & Xray
Hours: 5:30am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $95, 000-$100, 000/year
