About the Job
In this role, you will assume responsibility to lead our team in providing quality patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge and you will be responsible to direct, assign and supervise ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. You will also act as a role model to staff members.
As an RN on the Float Pool at Beverly Hospital, you will float to areas where extra coverage is needed. All med/surg units, ED, CCU and MDC/CDU!
We have (5) 25-35 bed units. We have tremendous longevity in our staff !
-EVERY 4th WEEKEND required
-Great Differential for Floating
36 hours per week, evening/night shift. Every 4th weekend requied rotating holiday schedule.

Requirements:2-5 years of med/surg/telemetry experience in an acute setting required.MA RN license required.BLS, PALS and ACLS required
