Duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform all shipments of domestic and international sales orders.
Inspect all sales orders for completeness including packing lists, certificates, specification labels, properly programmed units and correct packaging.
Prepare Domestic freight shipments
Prepare international shipments and coordinates with international freight carriers to ensure timely delivery of product.
Perform virtual shipment of orders to customers
Perform manual shipments to ensure timely delivery of shipment
Check backlog daily to ensure all orders have shipped
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferred
Knowledge of IATA requirements, preferred
Able to perform tasks from start to finish
Maintain a clean working area/environment
Able to work with a cross-functional team and work as a team player
Perform end of day closing
Enter late orders into ERP system
Perform other tasks as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Products
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Experience in international shipping and materials management a plus
Able to lift up to 40lbs
Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
Attend scheduled EH&S training program
Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
Recommend improved EH&S practices
