Aston Carter Part-time Receptionist And Administrative Assistant in Billerica, Massachusetts

Description:

• Serve as the Receptionist for the Billerica MA facility during core office hours to support visitors, vendors, and others who begin to arrive at the facility as early as 7:30 am CT. • Serve as a representative of Visionix to visitors, guests, and outside Thales personnel through constant professionalism, demonstrated company knowledge, visibility, and relationship-building throughout the TDSI organization and with outside entities. • Greet visitors, verify IDs, ensure no unauthorized electronics enter the premises; and maintain visitor logs. • Provide administrative support to the Visionix VP and his staff. • Provide general administrative support to all Aurora-based employees; this includes network printer support, ordering & stocking of supplies and assistance with miscellaneous paperwork. • Assist in the planning and coordination of customer meetings; set up phone conferences and video meetings; manage Conference Room calendar. • Effectively answer and direct incoming calls or vendors to the appropriate Visionix personnel. • Provide support and assistance to the remote Security and IT departments who are helping support the Aurora facility. • Maintain and continually enhance security knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship Required. • May be selected for work that requires ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance. • One - two years of office experience. Must be able to work on-site at the Aurora office 100%. • Proficient in basic reception and office security policies and procedures. • Must have consistent and reliable attendance. • Ability to be cover the front reception area at different hours of the day for customer visits. • Comfortable in performing citizenship verification and visitor screening. • Proficient in Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Strong interpersonal, people and organization skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skill with the ability to professionally and politely interface with a wide variety of customers, vendors and other Thales personnel. • Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
