Position: Quality Inspector Location: Billerica MA Job Type: Full-time (6 Month contract, ability to be extended) Shifts: 1st: 6AM-3PM ($24/HR) 2nd: 2PM-11PM ($25.50/HR) 3rd: 10PM-7AM ($27/HR) 4th: 6AM-6PM ($25.50/HR) 5th: 6PM-6AM ($27/HR) Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Quality Inspector will be to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment, specifically focusing on paperwork, line clearance, 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), MPIs (Manufacturing Process Instructions), and QIs (Quality Inspections). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the medical device industry, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Inspect paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Ensure line clearance and adherence to 5S standards. Execute MPIs and QIs, documenting findings. Collaborate with teams to address quality issues. Maintain detailed records of inspections and actions taken. Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Communicate effectively with the team and management. Participate in training and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years in quality assurance within regulated industry. Strong understanding of GDP and GMP. Excellent English communication skills. Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills. Familiarity with medical device regulations is a plus.
