Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

• Support quality control testing and run the quality control department

• Follow quality standards and assist with SOPs especially against ISO 9001 standards

• Train and teach QC employees on how to run various QC testing

• Experience with adhesives and chemical testing

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline.

• Five to ten years’ experience as a QC Supervisor or Manager

• Experience running a QC Department and preference working with adhesives or chemical manufacturing

• Experience working in ERP systems

• Team leadership

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Billerica, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This role requires working 100% onsite at both the Billerica, MA, and the Rhode Island facilities. The position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, and involves managing a team of about 5-8 people. The work environment is business casual, and the company values strong communicators who can help create a true team atmosphere.
