The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is an exciting new opportunity within Parexel Informatics.

The Senior HRBP will develop and implement, independently, Human Resources solutions in support of business objectives, strategic goals and human resource initiatives for the designated rather complex business unit or region. You will use strategic thinking and strong consultation skills in designing and implementing suitable business interventions.

The Senior HRBP will perform duties associated with Human Resource areas such as employee onboarding, employee retention, employee development, and other Human Resources services. You will counsel and coach managers at multiple levels of the organization on different/wide range of topics.

The successful candidate will have the following

  • 8 + years experience as an Human Resources Business Partner

  • Business consultation and strategic thinking skills that enables the Senior Human Resources Business Partner to represent Global Human Resources Business Partners or regional Directors at global or regional meetings

  • Drives complex client centered solutions aligned with PAREXEL goals and local legislation

  • Working knowledge of human resources functional Centers of Expertise (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D)

  • Creative in problem solving and ability to operate constructively in a changing environment, while being flexible and adaptable with excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization (local legal language and English)

  • Manage and coordinate complex tasks while having the end-to-end (E2E) process in mind

  • Ability to manage large, complex projects and develop cross-functional support and reach agreements

  • Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills

  • Is a consistent high achiever with the motivation, tenacity, energy, and resilience to see things through to successful completion

  • Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner

  • Facilitate/participate in formal staff review processes, e.g., performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales

  • Proven track record of forging positive consultative relationships with all levels; sought after for insight, judgment and guidance by senior leaders on a wide range of issues
