Shipper/Receiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders within specified timeframes. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting and transacting inventory according to company policies and procedures. If you have experience in shipping and receiving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Rate: $20.89 - $25.16 per hour

• Shift: [Shift]

• Manage and track all outgoing shipments from our distribution center.

• Verify correct parts/materials received, ensuring they match the packing list.

• Wrap and pack components for shipping.

• Create and maintain a safe and professional work area.

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment.

• Use software to prepare, track, check, prioritize, and route orders.

• Manage important documents such as advanced sales orders, pick slips, and bills of lading.

• Help coordinate and process returns.

• Inspect labels, barcodes, packaging materials, and other features of completed orders.

• Assist with coordinating and processing returns.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of shipping or receiving experience preferred.

• International shipping experience.

• Experience with DHL and dealing with FedEx and UPS.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
