Role Overview:

McAfee is looking to hire a dynamic and passionate strategic sales professional to uncover new logo business on the Commercial sales team. As a New Account Acquisition Account Manager, you will cultivate new account relationships, advancing new business opportunities within a designated territory, and working daily with our channel partners. This is a newly formed team is part of McAfee's long-term investment to drive new logo acquisition, growth and gain market share. We are looking for sales professionals with, high emotional quotient (EQ), and sales knowledge.Company Overview

What you'll need to be successful:

Sales is in your DNA. You have previous account acquisition expertise selling software and services related products. You have a 'hunter' mentality and can be ahead of market trends. Experience prospecting to the C-Suite and senior-level leadership of businesses. You are a creative thinker, understanding that one size does not fit all and can sell solutions not just products. You enjoy competition and winning.

  • 2+ years selling in a new business acquisition role.

  • Have business and financial experience

  • Experience selling within a Channel model

  • Experience operating in a dynamic sales organization

  • Ability to maintain CRM

  • Make complex issues easy to understand

  • Quick learning attributes coupled with a natural curiosity.

  • Experience selling SaaS-based products is a major plus

About the role:

  • Track metrics, weekly track of calls, meetings, pipeline and bookings

  • Accurate pipeline and activity logging within Salesforce;

  • Manage forecasting and account planning

  • High call volume and meeting expectations

  • Become an expert in your domain, develop appropriate technical expertise, understanding your solutions and your competitors.

  • Build relationships within our clients account at every level and be comfortable discussing our strategy and solutions.

  • Sell with Channel Account Managers and partners to bring McAfee solutions to customers within your territory.

  • Explore multiple technology solutions and alternative product offerings for clients, to gain the support and acceptance of all parties.

  • Partner with essential teams (Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal and others) and their leadership, in developing winning value propositions and sales strategies for clients.

  • Achieve high impact presentations and product demonstrations designed to showcase how McAfee's strategy/solutions can provide value to our clients, and more importantly, their end-users.
