Description We are offering a role for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Boston, Massachusetts. The primary function of this role is to support our accounting department by managing our company's financial transactions, particularly related to processing employee expense reports and corporate credit cards. The selected candidate will also contribute to various special projects, providing exposure to multiple facets of the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the processing of employee expense reports and corporate credit cards

• Ensure accuracy in data entry tasks related to financial transactions

• Verify receipts and assist with invoice entry for multiple offices

• Maintain and update banking details for employees

• Conduct reconciliation of company credit card statements

• Assist in training employees on utilizing Chrome River for financial processes

• Keep vendor and departmental files organized and up-to-date

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel and Chromeriver in performing daily tasks

• Handle check runs and coding invoices as part of accounts payable duties

• Participate in various special projects as assigned by the accounting department. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with check runs

• Knowledge of coding invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Familiarity with invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Chromeriver software

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Understanding of basic accounting principles

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

• Relevant experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
