System One Administrative Assistant II in Boston, Massachusetts

Title: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Boston, MA. ( ON SITE DAILY)

Start Date: ASAP!

Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Hours: Mon-Fri; 8:30am-5pm

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

  • 1-2 years applicable work experience as an administrative assistant required (does NOT have to come from Hospital setting, can be any industry)

  • Good communication skills

  • Exp. with Microsoft Office

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine and more complex administrative support such as: typing memos and letters, answering telephones, and taking and distributing messages

  • Coordinate calendar and schedules including: coordinate calendars for several managers or coordinates events for department

  • Proofread and edit manuscripts, perform library or literature searches, and help to create and edit presentation materials

  • Perform transcription of dictated physician notes
