Boston University ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, ENROLLMENT, Metropolitan College, Student Support in BOSTON, Massachusetts

  • Provide administrative support and supervise the main reception area for Metropolitan College.

  • This position will be involved in various aspects of project management, event management, marketing, operations, and communications.

  • Work independently as needed to interact on a daily basis with the Registrar, Enrollment Services, IT and many other BU departments.

  • This position is responsible for providing customer service via phone, email, walk-ins, and live-chat for MET Admissions, Graduate Financial Assistance, and Enrollment & Student Success.

  • Establish and maintain all student records for degree and non-degree students. In addition, this position will create, maintain, and update various databases.

  • Execute Admissions functions through our CRM System, EMP.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, excellent organization and communication skills, the ability to work with a diverse population, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 1-3 years of related office experience.
