Job Description
Review, approve, and manage client’s media budgets within media procurement platform.
Manage monthly billing process, ensuring all client deliverables are handled on time, accurately, and client expectations are met.
Provide clients with accruals, month end or quarter end reporting, and any other requested documentation.
Attend client meetings on a regular basis, and will be expected to speak on behalf of the department from time to time.
Assist with cash collection and cash applications.
Understand full media and financial workflow, and assist other teams with best practices.
Maintain clear documentation of tasks, files, reports, and trackers on behalf of the media finance team.
Prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Four year degree (Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience in Finance, Media, or Operations including familiarity with the digital environment
Proficiency of MS Office (With a particular focus on MS Excel)
Familiarity using financial reporting systems (SAP, MediaOcean)
Understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits, revenue recognition, billings, cash collection, cash flow)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
Strong organization skills
