Job Description

Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Analyst Relations Manager to join our dynamic and high performing Global Analyst Relations team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our relationships with industry analysts, driving brand awareness, and supporting the execution of impactful Analyst Relations (AR) programs.

Your Impact:

  • Build Brand Awareness: Drive awareness of the Publicis Sapient brand among key industry analysts from influential firms such as IDC, Gartner, HFS, ISG and others.

  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts through effective communication, inquiries, briefings, and participation in industry events.

  • Research Response: Support major analyst evaluative research responses, overseeing project management, information gathering, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute campaigns targeting prospects for engagements to enhance brand awareness.

  • Engagement Coordination: Respond to analyst requests, manage responses, and coordinate activities with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

  • Program Activities: Lead and support program activities, including proactive briefings, analyst inquiries, and interviews.

  • Spokesperson Preparation: Prepare company spokespeople for analyst engagements, ensuring tailored content for an analyst audience.

  • Impact Measurement: Track and measure the impact of notable recognitions, tips, callouts from analyst interactions, new research papers, and coverage.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in business, communications, or a related field, with a background in professional services or technology provider industries.

  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and limited resources.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • Team Player: Enthusiastic team player with high energy and dedication to excellence.

  • Independence: Comfortable working independently, demonstrating excellent judgment for the company's best interest and strong situational analysis.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $90,000 - $145,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
