Required Skills:

Analytics Business Partner Responsibilities:

  1. Create and deliver a series of high visibility, regular data reports for Recruitment Leaders and Business stakeholders.

  2. Partner with the Recruiting Insights Analytics Business Partners to embed insights across data deliveries.

  3. Ensure a high-level of data quality for team deliverables is met by providing QA support.

  4. Conduct initial consultation with teammates and provide ad hoc support for emerging company priorities.

  5. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in process, technology and reporting across the teams.

  6. Act as the data expert who has in depth understanding of the recruiting process and the corresponding recruiting data impact.

  7. Act as team owner of knowledge libraries.

  8. Organize, consolidate and update analytics team knowledge library.

  9. Telecommute from anywhere in the US.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a data analytics or computer-related occupation. Requires 2 years of experience in the following

    1. Gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources
    1. Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing projects/tasks
    1. Data visualization principles
    1. Data visualization tools (Tableau) and Excel (complex formulas, pivots, and macros)
    1. SQL or other coding languages.

Public Compensation:

$139,811/year to $168,520/year + bonus + equity + benefits
