Job Description

• Ensure project standards, professionalism, and creativity in all work.

• Independently perform assignments in all conventional aspects of architectural designs.

• Conduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies.

• Prepare schematic drawings, drawing sets, presentations, submittals, meeting minutes, and RFI responses with oversight.

• Measure existing conditions of buildings.

• Follow projects through the DD/CD phase.

• Collaborate with Project Managers during the CA phase.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Revit.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• 0-6 years of experience in architectural design.

• Professional Architectural degree from the US.

Work Environment

Onsite 5 days a week, encouraging in-person interactions and building a strong office culture. A great culture with room for growth, multiple locations, and opportunities to work on creative projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
