My client. a Top Notch Private Equity firm in Boston is hiring for an Assistant Controller to join their Management Company team. In this role, you will oversee the 3rd Party Admins and handle various accounting duties for the firm. Compensation for this position is $140-150K + 20% Bonus. Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

• 6+ years of accounting experience

• Experience working at a PE or VC Firm

• Management company experience a huge plus
