Boston University ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, CENTER FOR IMPLEMENT, Center for Implementation & Improvement Sciences in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The successful candidate will apply innovative, rigorous methods of implementation and improvement sciences to support and lead research within the Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Sciences (CIIS). The individual will work closely with the Center Directors and Research Fellow in the development and execution of a diverse research and educational portfolio. The individual will be responsible for providing consultations about implementation and improvement sciences, conceptualizing and collaborating with others to develop innovative research studies, leading and conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and educating the local community on implementation and improvement sciences approaches. The successful candidate will also be responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of CIIS and for working collaboratively with the Center Directors to ensure high-level scientific rigor and integrity of CIIS activities. The individual will work closely with the Center Directors, Research Fellows and Research Specialists. The individual will supervise Research Specialists, Research Assistants and Practicum Students and will lead the development of an on-line, asynchronous implementation science curriculum. Master's Degree required plus at least 2 years' experience. Knowledge of implementation science, qualitative research methods, quantitative methods and project management skills are required.
