The 1,054-room Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is the newest luxury hotel in the City of Boston, and the most significant hotel project in the city for the last forty years. The property features seven outlets for drinking and dining, a signature spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool. It boasts more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and caters to the most discerning clientele.

Job Description

Are you a Revenue Management wizard with a passion for data-driven decision-making?Join our dynamic team at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport and help us maximize hotel profitability and presence.

As the Assistant Director of Revenue Management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our hotel's success. You'll analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure we're maximizing revenue in every market segment.

Location:Boston, MA (on property, not remote)

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Revenue Management:Develop and implement innovative revenue management strategies that drive market share and profitability.

  • Data-Driven Decisions:Leverage advanced analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Team Leadership:Mentor and inspire a team of revenue management professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications
