The property features seven outlets for drinking and dining, a signature spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool. It boasts more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and caters to the most discerning clientele.

Are you a Revenue Management wizard with a passion for data-driven decision-making?Join our dynamic team at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport and help us maximize hotel profitability and presence.
As the Assistant Director of Revenue Management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our hotel's success. You'll analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure we're maximizing revenue in every market segment.
Location:Boston, MA (on property, not remote)
Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Strategic Revenue Management:Develop and implement innovative revenue management strategies that drive market share and profitability.
Data-Driven Decisions:Leverage advanced analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:Mentor and inspire a team of revenue management professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications
