Job Summary
The Associate Director of Member Outreach and Engagement will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to improving oral health outcomes through strategic member engagement initiatives. This pivotal role involves leading a team of 10 outreach coordinators ensuring flawless execution of multi-channel outreach tactics and driving innovation in member engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will excel at meeting contractual obligations exceeding client expectations and identifying creative solutions to enhance member engagement and client retention. As the Associate Director of Member Outreach and Engagement you will play a crucial role in shaping the oral health landscape for underserved populations. Your leadership will directly contribute to improving health outcomes driving client satisfaction and positioning the organization as an industry leader in member engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of 10 outreach coordinators to execute comprehensive member outreach strategies
Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiencies in team processes and exceed outreach goals
Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain competitive edge Program Management and Optimization 25
Establish robust monitoring and tracking systems to ensure outreach efforts meet client expectations and contractual requirements
Analyze member data to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations
Manage team schedules and resources against annual budget allocations Client and Stakeholder Management 20
Lead client outreach meetings presenting program goals objectives and status updates with executive presence
Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to meet team goals and exceed client expectations
Cultivate a network of strategic partnerships to enhance outreach capabilities Performance Analysis and Reporting 15
Monitor measure and report key performance metrics of member outreach tactics
Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to upper management and clients Team Development 10

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Healthcare Administration Marketing or related field
7 years of relevant experience in customer experience member engagement marketing project management or consulting
3-5 years of experience managing teams of 10 people
Demonstrated success in strategic management planning and project execution
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking Preferred
Master's degree in relevant field
Experience in healthcare or oral health industry
Certification in Project Management PMP or similar Key Competencies
