Wayfair Associate Merchant, Catalog & Video in Boston, Massachusetts

<p>Wayfair is looking for an Associate Merchant to join the Catalog &amp; Video team. The Catalog &amp; Video team owns the merchandising strategy and execution for imagery featured on Wayfair.com and across physical and digital marketing channels. This role is an exciting opportunity to support the development of the Wayfair brand through product selection and imagery curation. A successful candidate will be a creative, enthusiastic and results-driven individual who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The role will report into a Manager at Wayfair’s Boston headquarters and work with a collaborative, high-performing team.</p>

<h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">What You'll Do</span></h3>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be the primary merchant lead for Wayfair’s category specific catalog program. These catalogs are developed specifically for in-market customers.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strategically identify and select merchandise to feature in Wayfair branded imagery and assist in merchandising sprints</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify, analyze and confirm existing imagery using best-in-class merchandising filters</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive the print catalog forward by supporting catalog production activities including pricing, keying, and SKU copy management</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assess and track 3D model coverage across prioritized merchandise</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Research industry trends to maintain knowledge of the marketplace</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create creative briefs for photography execution</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct supplier outreach to confirm availability on selected SKUs</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Creative, Promotions, and Category Management</span></li>
