Wayfair Associate, Omnichannel Design Services in Boston, Massachusetts
<p>The Design Services Sales Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate to help build one of our newest consumer-facing sales teams. This role will play a critical role in driving the discovery, testing, and implementation of programs & initiatives to grow / scale our Omnichannel Design Services program. This is an opportunity to wear multiple hats and drive impactful change in a highly visible, cross-functional role. <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pursue innovative ideas that question the status quo, devise a testing agenda to prove concepts, and utilize data to determine the value and if/when a solution should be pursued</li>
<li>Become entrenched in our program metrics / data to monitor business performance and influence business decisions, eventually, becoming the team’s expert for retail design services</li>
<li>Build a strong understanding of sales operations and metrics that impact overall business performance to deliver regular and ad hoc reporting</li>
<li>Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Become an expert on both the Retail and Virtual Designer workflows, tools and experiences (both customer and designer facing). Proactively identify opportunities to improve omnichannel operations, and propose these optimizations to drive desired business outcomes.</li>
<li>Become a subject matter expert in designer facing tools and program data and identify opportunities to optimize processes where possible. </li>
<li>Own projects end-to-end to ensure that programs & initiatives launch as planned.</li>
<li>Engage in training with functional teams as part of implementation projects and spearheads the creation of required documentation, such as manuals or internal policies.</li>
<li>Partner with analytics, data engineering, product management, and sales enablement teams to execute on strategic priorities Build leadership skills by working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, generating buy-in, and driving implementation projects.</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Data and process-oriented, demonstrated ability to continuously learn new tools</li>
<li>Excellent communication, both written and verbally</li>

<li>High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously</li>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Salesforce. Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications are a bonus.</li>
<li>Proficiency with SQL, Looker, Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesloft. Salesloft Certified Administrator certifications are a bonus.</li>
<li>Previous experience in program management and operations strategy.</li>

<p><strong><em>Wayfair's In-Office Policy:</em></strong></p>
<p>All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week.</p>
