Description We are hiring an Attorney for our Legal team located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves advising clients in various areas, including corporate, real estate, employment, and non-profit. Your primary focus will be on tax planning for corporate and real estate transactions, including joint ventures, LLC and partnership taxation, private placements, mergers, and sale transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients in the corporate, real estate, employment, and non-profit sectors • Handle tax planning for corporate and real estate transactions • Oversee joint ventures, LLC and partnership taxation matters • Manage private placements, mergers, and sale transactions • Ensure legal compliance in all transactions and procedures • Provide legal consultation to clients on their individual cases • Develop strategies to handle legal issues related to tax and business planning • Collaborate with team to ensure best legal practices are implemented • Stay updated on current laws and regulations within the legal industry • Handle client inquiries related to tax laws and business planning. Requirements • Proficiency in Tax Law is crucial for this role.

• Prior experience with handling tax returns is necessary.

• Familiarity with Mergers and Acquisitions (M& A) is a significant advantage.

• The candidate must have a valid license to practice law.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is needed.

• A proven track record in negotiation and client relationship management is desirable.

• The candidate should have a strong ethical and detail oriented conduct.

• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with changes in tax laws and regulations is essential.
