Description

We are in search of a Billing Analyst to join a sustainability based in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves processing and maintaining customer applications, records, and inquiries, and overseeing customer accounts. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Perform billing functions and ensure accuracy

• Carry out auditing tasks related to customer accounts

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Execute accounting functions as required

• Handle accounts receivable tasks and processes

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all tasks.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Auditing procedures and practices

• Strong knowledge of Billing Functions

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with the Oil & Gas industry

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
