The Opportunity

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a Boston Garden Society Client Services Associate for a season-long graduate position at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a one-year position with an hourly rate of $17 per hour. The commitment is 25-35 hours per week, including a mix of weekend, weeknight, and office shifts. We are seeking one (1) dedicated and energetic graduate student who is eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in a client services environment. The position offers an excellent opportunity to support client events and the Boston Garden Society (BGS) Client Services Team.

Pay

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Communications & Events manager with planning, executing, and recapping all client events for Boston Garden Society. Assist with Boston Bruins, Heritage Hall, and other TD Garden events as assigned.

  • Support the Boston Garden Society Experience Team with daily client interactions, including ticketing inquiries, amenity fulfillment, and financial compliance.

  • Help manage the BGS general client inbox and phone lines to respond to or distribute client inquiries as appropriate.

  • Assist with project-based duties such as client trip planning, client retention initiatives, sales reporting and other research or tasks as assigned.

  • Inventory management of BGS collateral and client gifting execution strategies.

  • Ensure all client mailing supplies are in-stock and mailing needs are completed in a timely manner.

  • Work with the BGS Client Services Team to ensure smooth operation of client events, including but not limited to events held pre, during, or post Bruins games, Celtics games, and concerts.

  • Provide game-day support at games client events, including running in-game contests or assisting with suite and seating area responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Ticketmaster’s Archtics system is preferred but not required.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, weeknights, and holidays depending on event schedules.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform manual labor as needed.
