Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead to lead junior analysts while driving project success by understanding and improving our clients’ business processes. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
Process Documentation: Develop detailed as-is and to-be business process flows to identify gaps and areas for improvement
Leadership: Mentor and guide junior business analysts, ensuring their professional growth and the overall success of projects
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on project goals
Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis and create reports to support decision-making and project planning
Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
Quality Assurance: Participate in testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Quality Assurance: Prepare detailed test cases and work with the business teams to execute user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Process Standardization: Collaborate with the PMO to ensure business analysis processes are standardized and aligned with organizational goals
Vendor & Change Management: Contribute to vendor selection and management processes, ensuring solutions align with business goals. Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation
What You'll Need
Required:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner using Agile or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology
Ability to lead stakeholders and junior analysts through an Agile transition from Waterfall mindset with demonstrated outcomes from large transformational projects. Previous alignment with one or more value streams/technical products to drive business outcomes through business value analysis is highly recommended.
2+ years of direct leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field highly recommended
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in business process modeling tools, and experience with project management methodologies. Deep experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional/non-functional requirements, and user stories
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
PMI-BPA certification a plus

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
