We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help us re-imagine our internal processes. This individual will be responsible for analyzing requirements across a range of internal project types, current business processes and discovering areas for improvement, as well as ensuring internal reporting efforts align with business goals. This individual will partner closely with each of our business units and company leadership. As we approach our next stage of growth, this individual will focus on enabling the business to do more using a process-driven approach.

This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

A Day in the Life

  • Gather and analyze internal requirements, evaluate current business processes, and discover areas for improvement with our internal reporting capabilities

  • Meet with a wide variety of team members ranging from individual team members to our executive leadership to understand capture requirements, feedback, and opportunities which we will then prioritize areas for decisions and planning

  • Lead data validation and testing efforts for internal reporting as part of the internal development lifecycle

  • Work with our broader teams to turn proposed changes and ideas into reality

  • Partner on the documentation of our internal data flow, and opportunities to optimize our data warehouse structure

  • Plan work within internal sprints by identifying deliverables, milestones, phases, and activities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop improved processes and solutions across reporting and other applicable areas such as project management

  • Track and report progress against plan while working with management to remove roadblocks

  • Communicate plans and insight to cross-functional stakeholders including management and leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

  • Strong executive presence

  • 2+ years of experience working to take ideas and help convert to visions then reality within formal project initiatives

  • Dynamics 365 (Finance, Customer Service, Project Operations, or Sales) experienced ( Preferred )

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects

  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to stay current on latest trends and techniques

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
