Seniorlink/Caregiver Homes Business Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, the Business Analyst is responsible for providing data reporting and analysis for key business functions across the company. Utilizing a combination of industry knowledge and technical skills, this position resource develops both regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis. In addition, this individual will develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders and manage historical data on business performance, product changes, and market expansion.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to support the reporting needs and business requirements of the Chief of Staff and CEO

  • Lead the creation and coordination of weekly reports to partner organizations detailing their utilization of product, highlighting changes and trends.

  • Work with IT Data & Analytics team to develop, customize and run reports, queries and/or extracts that support regular and ad hoc reporting requests

  • Develop material for presentations to key internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in reporting and analytics; experience developing monthly reports and financial models; experience in creating insights from data

  • Strong problem-solving and research skills with attention to detail

  • Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce and business intelligence reporting software; ability to learn new software to meet evolving business needs

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through as well as ability to communicate complex information across various audiences
