Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Application/Business Analyst to work closely with business partners to research and solve daily production issues impacting one of our large financial clients trading system applications and workflows. This candidate will be responsible for providing detailed root cause analyses and recommend improvements as a result of impactful production issues. They will be expected to build out documentation on standard tasks and common support inquiries while also working to lead the training and education opportunities, as needed, by the user base. This will involve collaborating with the Trading Project team to implement and test enhancements to the trading systems. It is important that this candidate has a strong background and understanding of Charles River Development (CRD) and advanced SQL skills. This will be hybrid 3 days in the office in either Boston, Milwaukee or Charlotte. Compensation is based on experience and can range anywhere from $60-$70/hr

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5+ yrs in a Business Analyst role

 Minimum 3+ yrs of CRD CRIMS experience

 Prior experience with configuring Manager Workbench, queries, workflow monitors

 Advanced SQL skills Experience with vendors including DTCC & FlexTrade

 Experience with Bloomberg AIM & PORT

 Job Scheduler knowledge (Tidal, GoAnywhere, Autosys) null
