Description We are in search of a skilled Business Analyst based in Boston, Massachusetts, who has substantial experience in data governance and proficiency with Collibra DIC. The role's main function will be to foster business user adoption of Collibra, ensuring compliance with corporate data governance policy and standards. This is an opportunity for short term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of Data Governance activities within Collibra DIC across business units, including understanding accountability policy compliance and data quality issue tracking and resolution.

• Conduct training for end users on Collibra DIC.

• Assist in the creation of Collibra best practices and training guides.

• Support daily stewardship using Collibra DIC to drive data-decision making process.

• Facilitate discussions to address conflicting viewpoints with the goal of reaching mutually satisfactory agreements.

• Collaborate with Business Unit core teams, Data Stewards, Technical Data Stewards, Analysts, IT, and the CDO team to ensure successful implementation and compliance of Collibra DIC.

• Utilize your skills in customer service, communication, sales, documentation, training, policy and compliance, project management, presentations, workstation support, leadership skills, negotiation, implementation, practices, communication skills, best practices, suppliers, migration, compliance functions, business analysis, interpersonal skills, financial services, principles, and decision-making. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in the role of Business Analyst or similar position

• Strong proficiency in customer service and sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in documentation and implementation of business processes

• Prior experience in conducting training sessions

• Familiarity with policy and compliance functions

• Experience in project management and presentations

• Knowledge of workstation support and migration practices

• Leadership skills and ability to negotiate with suppliers

• Understanding of business analysis principles and best practices

• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus

• Proven decision-making skills
