Meta Business Product Marketing Manager, Growth, North America - Retail in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary:

Meta seeks a product marketing professional with a strong background in marketing and project management to lead go-to-market strategy for our advertising solutions for our largest Retail partners (fashion and luxury) in North America. The candidate must have experience working with product development & sales channels to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. They must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

Required Skills:

Business Product Marketing Manager, Growth, North America - Retail Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Sales teams and other Product Marketing Managers to build & activate go-to-market strategies for highest priority product solutions

  2. Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels

  3. Position new advertising products and feature enhancements for the Retail industry

  4. Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future advertising products

  5. Communicate with leadership internally and externally

  6. Define and scale best practices to drive best practice adoption and new product activation

  7. Build cross-functional relationships and prioritize work to efficiently deploy finite capacity

  8. Solve business challenges with scaled solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree

  2. 6+ years of experience within digital marketing

  3. Demonstrated product marketing experience within web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels

  4. Analytical skills and experience solving problems with data

  5. Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers

  6. Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity

  7. Communication and presentation skills

  1. Experience working in the Retail industry and/or direct response marketing

  2. 6+ years experience in brand marketing, advertising strategy or media buying

  3. Project/Program Management experience to drive partnership via shared goals aligned workstream ownership

  4. Executive Presence (internally & externally), especially experience driving strategic & tactical product decisions with a C-Level audience

  5. Demonstrated experience influencing decision makers at all levels of an organization

  6. Experience reducing complex information into distilling themes that are easily communicated/understood

  7. Understanding and familiarity with Meta's advertising products

  8. Training/education experience

  9. Strong understanding of ecommerce and the changing data ecosystem
