The Customer Transformation & Innovation (CT&I), Digital Strategy & Enablement Team defines and shapes how an integrated set of capabilities that range from digital advisory, UX/UI, value engineering, architecture, engineering, and data science comes together to help our address our customer’s business challenges and take advantage of transformational opportunities by envisioning industry-relevant business scenarios and realize the customer’s transformed digital future. The team manages overall operational effectiveness of the CT&I organization while also developing methodologies, solutions, offerings, and tools to enable the success of this 700+ people organization.

As part of the broader Industry Solutions team, CT&I aspires to deliver a customer experience journey that accelerates value realization and bridge the innovation gap by bringing together an integrated set of consultative sales capabilities at the beginning of this journey.

Location: M ay be flexible within the US if near an international airport.

Responsibilities

The CT&I Platform & Insights team will define strategy and continually enhance how our CT&I managed platforms, and external digital assets enables an insight driven business strategy and customer journey. This includes:

  • Developing platform and tooling strategy to enable the broader CT&I field organization to effectively achieve our business objectives

  • Developing reporting and analytical insights strategyand managing reporting insights platformsthat supports strategic business decisions

  • Influencing business decisions and investments through robust analysis and business casing

  • Managing 3rd party vendor relationships as well as how we connect into other Microsoft platforms/tools in support of our business strategy

  • Supportingdevelopment of processes and workflows as well as contribution to methodologies leveraged for client engagements in alignment to our platform and tooling strategy

  • Supporting client engagement activities such as envisioning workshops, business case development, research, and analysis etc. as part of the Microsoft Business Value Selling methodology

  • Establishing and leading a programmatic approach to business operations and processes

  • Establishing anagile development and delivery approach to products and services

  • Ensuring alignment with key stakeholder groups such as our Industry SMEs, WW Industry leaders, sales teams, product and engineering teams and go-to-market teams

  • Supporting development of value propositions and messaging for industry solutions within prioritized

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years professionalexperience in a top tier management consulting firm or program/strategy department of a large, complex matrix organization

  • Experience in managing technology aligned programs with focus on data and information management

  • Strong capabilities to manage complex programs and plans, secure buy-in and alignment from diverse stakeholder groups and drive clear and efficient execution

  • Understanding technology delivery methodology for large business transformational projectsincluding advisory and technology implementation practices

  • Proven clear and effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and across Product & Business Groups, Partner Groups and Sales organizations

  • Reputation for building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners

  • Experience with gathering and applying industry and market knowledge gained from research and customer feedback into solutions and to account teams and other Microsoft constituencies

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional experience in knowledge management, program management or offering/product strategy and management

  • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud products and platforms

  • Global experience across several markets; multi-lingual a plus

  • Relevant undergraduate degree and /or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree preferred
