Randstad US Business Systems Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Join a global organization as they embark on creating a world class SalseForce application which will change the face of their industry. The IT Business Analyst will work alongside the developers to create an excellent platform for end users.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years working in an Agile environment supporting development projects.

What you need to bring:

  • Translate business requirements into functional capabilities

  • Work with development teams to build business cases for projects and components

  • Develop and execute test plans

  • Perform moderate system troubleshooting

  • Document and design APIs for cross platform integrations

  • Experience with data mapping & data dictionaries

  • Experience mapping requirements to API with JSON

  • Intermediate SQL skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments including Writing and Maintaining user story documentation

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence highly preferred

  • Logical aptitude, good at analytics.

  • Able to comprehend all the different information and prioritize and make sense.

  • Intermediate Proficiency with Wireframe, Mockups, Process Mapping, Visio, and MS Office Suite as applicable for the team.

  • Progressive, documented experience integrating business technology

  • Experience in ERP full lifecycle implementations or upgrades is preferred

  • Preferred experience working in unstructured and fluid work environments and ability to shift priority quickly based on the business needs.

  • Experience/Exposure with SalesForce is a plus

  • Staffing industry experience and/or advanced degree is a plus

Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Education:

  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of progressive, documented experience as a business-system analyst or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

The base salary range for this position is $72,675 - $103,500.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
