Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Oracle Campus recruiting strategy in their targeted schools and/or assigned line of business. In this role, you will work to develop internal and external facing relationships at the campus level and with Oracle Hiring Managers all while working to contribute to the overall Campus Recruiting team efforts. While working as part of a strong diverse team, the role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative approach to networking and a willingness to work in a self-service environment. As a Campus Recruiter you will:

  • Have previous recruiting (preferably campus) experience.

  • Assist in the identification and recruitment of candidates needed to fill the headcount demand requested by the various lines of business we support.

  • Support the planning and execution of targeted college hiring and recruiting events.

  • Schedule, plan, complete and lead interview events for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong data management & reporting within multiple software tools including but not limited to, candidate tracking systems, online reporting systems, and other required tools provided by campus career centers.

  • Build & provide reporting on various aspects of recruiting, candidates, new hires, and activity to recruiting management, operations, and Lines of Business.

  • Use social media tools to build and maintain brand awareness on campus and in the general college community.

  • Assist in the development of collateral material for all on campus recruiting.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $24.57 to $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
