GovCIO Capture Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Capture Manager. This position will be a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
Develops key business relationships in the government marketplace, with a primary responsibility for identifying and developing opportunities for business expansion. Supports the development of customer or market penetration strategies and individual opportunity win strategies, account plans, technology development plans, and partnering strategies. May lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Develops and maintain sales pipeline in commercial and federal markets to support commercial sales and other cyber related products and services. Acts as liaison with government agencies and offices. Ensures that the business development strategy is implemented. Makes recommendations for change or modification to strategy. Leads teams in order to develop and deliver various professional services solutions to include whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify and capture new business. Assists in developing and facilitating the sales process for specific clients, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations
Builds key customer relationships to maintain a good position in the market.
Maintains extensive knowledge of the current developments in the government marketplace in order to assess the position of the Company and determine how to improve it.
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, management, accounting, contracts, pricing and technical groups
Manages the implementation and execution of commercial products and services specific to executed sales (this includes product or service development).
Participates in professional/trade association activities and customer events.
Interfaces directly with clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships and identify additional opportunities for Company solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated analytical , reasoning, planning and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated skills in communicating technical information to non-technical, and technical customers as well as how core technologies translate into customers critical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with executive and senior leadership
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Secret Clearance is preferred

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range
USD $190,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr.
