Title: CCS Invoicing Supervisor

Job Description

To support our growth, ICF is adding staff to its energy efficiency team in multiple locations to support a wide range of energy efficiency programs. Our clients include utilities, recognizable Fortune 500 global corporations, as well as industry , and Government organizations. We are seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor with a strong commitment to client satisfaction , and the ability to lead a growing team of energy billing specialist and midstream/lighting account specialists . This role contributes to the implementation of energy program offerings within our Utility Programs and Services Division . You should have the unique combination of interpersonal , leadership, and analytical skill s that will make you a critical member of our team from the day you arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align utility account assignments to the appropriate specialist wh i le managing the overall workflow of the fulfillment team.

  • Assess the work performance of each team member to ensur e department business goals and key metrics are met .

  • Provide and coordinate meetings and trainings, as well as conduct employee evaluations to maintain a high-performance team .

  • Create efficiencies by e stablish ing and i mplement ing fulfillment and/or lighting policies, processes , and procedures .

  • Create and distribute operational reports to manag e ment to help guide decision making .

  • Assess staff levels to ensure workload is completed in a timely fashion .

  • Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are prepared for success .

  • A nalyze situations, identify existing or potential problems , and recommend solutions in a high pressure, high-capacity environment .

  • Coach team members to increase overall quality with a focus on error trends .

  • Propose and implement quality assurance / control techniques .

  • Effectively partner with different departments within the organization and establish collaborative relationships .

    Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience .

  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and workflows .

  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.

  • Competent personnel manager who is capable of leading a team with diverse levels of experience.

  • Skilled at motivating others to grow while fostering a positive work culture .

  • Adept at multitasking with the ability to h andle multiple projects and client accounts while also support ing the fulfillment team .

  • Strong business communication skills, both written and oral , are required for all levels within the organization .

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills are necessary to function successfully in a virtual and hybrid work environment .

  • Possess t he ability to exercise independent judgment while adhering to established policies and procedures .

    Professional Skills

  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible to handle multiple , competing priorities in a fast-paced environment .

  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team.

  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude .

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills working with Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint , and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications .
