About The Role:

CBRE Boston Consulting is looking for a Consulting Analyst to join our multi-disciplinary Consulting practice. The Consulting Analyst works closely with Consulting team leadership and real estate brokerage colleagues to help occupiers make informed, data-driven real estate decisions. In this role, you will get exposure to a broad range of client real estate needs across industries and company sizes, with an opportunity to learn about corporate real estate strategy and deliver high-profile real estate strategies.

As a CBRE Consulting Analyst, you will conduct research, collect and manage data, perform analysis and support development of client results.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to development of strategic plans to help occupiers make informed real estate decisions, based on factors including: labor analytics, portfolio optimization, and workplace strategy.

  • Participate/assist in client engagement activities, including: client meetings, facilitating partner discussions, and creating compelling documentation and results.

  • Consult with team members to define project requirements, identify project scope, and align on results.

  • Collaborate with internal partners and clients to understand workforce and workplace needs. Forecast people and space requirements against business and market conditions.

  • Assist in gathering documentation in a variety of formats and research industry standard processes for workforce. workplace, labor and location strategies. This includes conducting gap evaluations, research, and benchmarking.

  • Using charts, graphics and other tools, visually display quantitative and qualitative information.

  • Obtain and maintain market data and conduct research on a consistent basis.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong business sense and analytical skills, with the ability to solve unique problems using data, analytical concepts, and tools.

  • Familiarity with research methodologies/processes related to user research and data analytics.

  • Experience with data analysis, visualization of information, and ability to synthesize and develop business insights to help drive real estate decisions.

  • Organizational skills; a strong, inquisitive mentality; and the ability to juggle multiple fast-paced projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools, such as: Tableau, PowerBI, etc. are preferred.

  • Exposure to mapping platforms (e.g., ESRI, ArcGIS) and space measurement platforms (e.g., AutoCAD/REVIT, Bluebeam) is helpful.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Analyst position is $57,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Consulting Analyst position is $82,250 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance..
