Training will occur at the main Longwood campus.
The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for:
Leading a small primary care team in our Weymouth satellite.
Taking the lead as phone triage leader and helping to manage those systems and support staff.
Providing cross coverage to the main campus primary care, as well as Martha Eliot Health Center in Jamaica Plain.
Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily clinical and administrative operations of the health center. Participating in staff scheduling and allocating resources and facilitating coordination of care/services to meet patient care and operations requirements.
Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality and cost effectiveness of patient care.
Participating in the hiring process for nursing and clinical support staff and developing and providing staff education/development programs.
Leading and participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects.
To qualify you must have:
4-5 years pediatric RN experience (required).
Pediatric primary care RN experience (preferred).
BSN required.
Bilingual skills preferred.
Ability to work weekends/holidays on call on a rotating basisOffice/Site Location:WeymouthRegular, Temporary, Per Diem:Regular Remote Eligibility :Onsite Only
