Eliot Community Human Services Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health Family Resource Liaison in Boston, Massachusetts

MSPCC, a division of Eliot, is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician as a Supervisor in a pilot program to support Foster Parents. A candidate with bilingual and bicultural skills are a plus. The ideal candidate should be aware of child welfare, specifically foster care, and experience working with the Department of Children and Families.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training schedule developed and offered by the agency for the Behavioral Health Family Resource Liaisons (BH FRLs) specifically for this pilot.

  • Provide weekly clinical supervision and administrative oversight to assigned staff.

  • Participate in weekly supervision with the Statewide Director of Adoption & Foster Care Services.

  • Monitor performance of assigned clinical staff and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Assure the orientation of new staff to the Service and the Agency.

  • Review required monthly reporting for assigned staff focusing on effectiveness of interventions and quality service.

  • Collaborate with Emergency Services and BH FRLs as needed, regarding clinical alerts or crisis response plans.

  • Guide the delivery of services, formulate treatment, and communicate regularly with the BH FRL concerning on-going client/family needs and progress.

  • Coordinate treatment planning with BH FRL’s and transfer to other treatment providers so as to ensure continuity of care.

  • Collaborate with Kid’s Net Regional Directors, MAFF executive board and other Family Resource Liaisons (FRLs) regarding referrals and to prevent duplication of services.

Schedule: Flexible, 8 hours per week
