Job Title: Cloud Architect (AWS, Azure, IoT)

Job Description: As a Cloud Architect specializing in AWS, Azure, and IoT technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud applications, data storage, and analytics platforms, particularly focusing on IoT environments. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the development and deployment of secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and Azure platforms.

  • Architect IoT solutions leveraging cloud services for data ingestion, processing, and analytics.

  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure optimal integration of IoT devices with cloud platforms.

  • Develop and implement cloud security best practices to protect IoT data and infrastructure.

  • Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services to enhance existing IoT solutions.

  • Lead efforts to optimize cloud costs and performance for IoT deployments.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members on cloud architecture and IoT best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Conduct regular architecture reviews and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect designing and implementing solutions on AWS and Azure platforms.

  • Solid understanding of IoT architectures, protocols, and technologies (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA).

  • Hands-on experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.

  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and IoT-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified IoT Specialty) are a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
