Job Description

  • Facilitate the preparation, delivery, and processing of commercial contracts.

  • Work closely with the SS&C Eze attorneys and SS&C Eze Legal Coordinators regarding day-to-day and long- term legal team projects.

  • Interact with Senior Management and various SS&C Eze internal teams.

  • Get real life exposure to financial markets and technology, with an emphasis on understanding both the legal and business aspects of each industry.

  • Enter, track, and maintain legal team data within internal information systems such as Salesforce.

  • Assist with corporate governance matters including filing board resolutions, annual reports and transactional documents.

  • Assist with regulatory compliance including FINRA regulations and internal policies for broker dealer affiliate.

Track completion of and run reports relating to company trainings and surveys.
