Enablon is seeking a Contract Administration Specialist to support the sales, alliances, consulting, and implementation) and other contract functions associated with its Software Solutions' sales, services, distribution, and implementation. In this remote role, you will report to The Contracts Operations Manager. #LI-Remote.

You Will:

  • You will be a contractual “middleman” between internal company team members and customers for a large volume of Service Contracts (Statement of Works) and Software Order Forms, ensuring approval/reconciliation of variations.

  • Manage creation and setup of Subcontractors, including Master Agreements and Statement of Work review.

  • Contracts -various associated with daily operations on-premises “perpetual” software licenses; SaaS delivery model software offerings/agreements; alliance agreements/relationships; prime-contractor and subcontractor agreements, software order forms and SOWs for consulting services and software implementation, configuration, and customization; knowledge management (KM) and training; marketing agreements/relationships.

  • Non-disclosure agreements, Master Agreements, Software Order Forms, Statements of Work, and a fair amount of reviewing of customer-proposed terms and conditions.

  • On standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations to contractual business terms.

  • Draft nonstandard language to be added to Software Order Forms, Statements of Work, and different contracts on a case-by-case basis.

  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports, and other documents for all projects within SharePoint and Contract Management System.

  • Provide guidance on contract matters to practice leads, project managers, or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting procedures.

  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility, awareness, and interpretation to support implementation.

  • Assist sales teams in responding to RFx / RFI questions.

  • Conduct contracting business research and due diligence.

You Have:

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent or paralegal certification

Experience:

  • 5+ years of business or related experience.

  • 5+ years of contracting sales experience.

  • Software industry/market (and licensing - - on-premises and SaaS) experience is a plus.

  • Experience with contract process creation and improvement is also highly desirable.

  • Strong “process” orientation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organization, planning, and presentation skills.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).

  • Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team environment.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines.
